Dispatch & Delivery
Shipping Cost added at checkout. Orders are estimated to arrive within 5-7 working days. If your order is time sensitive, please email us so we can help get your order to you in good time.
Costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout and shipped through Royal Mail or DHL. Delivery is estimated within 5-10 working days depending on location. Pjoys will not be held liable for any local custom duties or taxes for your goods upon delivery.
Returns Update
To ensure the best size and fit first time, please drop us a line if you have any questions about our sizing.
Currently we are not accepting returns due to Pjoys being paused due to health issues. Your statutory rights are not affected and you can of course always email us.
Specifically and for clarity, for hygiene reasons we can't accept returns for face masks or sleep masks and therefore these items are never refundable.
As a small business we aren't currently able to cover the cost of returns.
